MANIC PANIC® is a conditioning semi-permanent hair color fortified with an herbal and protein complex. It can be used to achieve intensely bright colors on hair that has been professionally lightened to a very light blond, and on some natural blond hair. Gels tend to be slightly more dense and may last a little longer than the creams...creams have the added bonus of being in a conditioner base. This striking color, when applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair will be a vivid, , deep color. We recommend using manic panic's bleach kit to lighten your hair before dying it to get the full effect of the dye.
